HOW TO
You begin by working the butter with the sugar, followed by the whole eggs and salt. The sieved flour and the two spoons of milk are added and stirred to obtain a smooth mixture. At this point you can mix half the apples sliced directly into the mixture.
Pour into a greased, floured baking tin and cover with the rest of the apple slices, sprinkle with the icing sugar and bake at 150°C for about 45 minutes.
