Pastry – serves: 25 - preparation time: 30 minutes - cooking time: 30 minutes   Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the flour, baking powder, butter and salt together in a bowl and knead it with your hands. Roll out the dough on a baking pan that has been greased with butter. Mix and whisk the egg whites with a little bit of sugar. Stir the grated coconut, the rest of the sugar and lemon zest together. Portion out the jam on the dough. Put the coconut mixture carefully into the mixed egg white creation, and put this over the dough. Put it in the oven for about 30 minutes. Let it cool slightly and cut into pieces.
