Pastry - 12 serves - preparation time: 30 minutes - cooking time: 45 minutes   Preheat the oven to 302 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease the tin. Beat the eggs with a mixer in a bowl. Add the vanilla sugar, sugar and water to the bowl. Beat this mix lightly for 10-15 minutes. Mix the flour, cornstarch and baking powder and add this to the batter. Put the batter in the round baking form. Bake 45 minutes in the oven. Cool the pie for 10 minutes and remove it from the oven. Remove the pie from the form. Cut the pie horizontal and cut the upper half in 12 pieces. Mix the cream with 7 tbsp sugar and the salt, beat it stiff. Spread the eggnog  over the lower part and cover it with cream, from the middle with a point to the outside. Lay down the 12 pieces pie on the cream. Scatter the pie with powdered sugar. Put the snowstar in the fridge for a couple of hours.
