HOW TO
Pastry –
serves: 30-40 – preparation time: 15 minutes – cooking time: 5-6 minutes
Lightly grease the griddle
with butter.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
Chop the almonds coarsely.
Add the white and brown caster
sugar and the cinnamon in a bowl and stir.
Add it to the mixer with the
butter and mix it.
Add the flour little by little
to the mixer.
Also add the water to the mixer.
Add the chopped almonds and
let the mixer knead it into the dough.
Place on griddle with two
teaspoons small mounds of dough with a gap of at least 5 cm
Put into the middle of the oven and bake for 5-6
minutes.
Let the cookies cool slightly.
Remove them with a spatula
onto a plate and lay them down flat to continue to cool.
